Chef Shawn Chen received his first-class traditional Chinese cuisine license from Beijing, China in 1993 after strict trainings and examinations from the Great Hall of the People in Beijing where the Chinese Government hosts a welcome banquet. Then Shawn continued learning cooking from his master Qibao Xu, who was the executive chef at the famous Beijing Wangfu Five Star Restaurant.
